I've taken my oils to life drawing the last couple of times. I was happy to have gotten this painting of our wonderful model Susan and her sidekick dog Carmen. Carmen does move about so she was trickier to paint.
I love the brushstrokes in this one and the way you suggested the figure - really nice. Life drawing is so good for honing your skills, I definitely need to get back to doing that myself.
