THE COWS COME HOME

I'm informed the cows don't always care to come home voluntarily.  When our kids were young we bought milk from this farm.  It came in gallon glass bottles and the cream rose to the top.  Something our kids will probably tell their kids..."back in the day...."

Wonderfully painted Stephanie, you can actually see the cows moving forward , really love how you painted the muddy foreground too !

My immediate response was how this reminded me of 19th century Russian painters in the palette, composition, the light, the movement. As Jane says, great movement of the cows. Not the typical cow painting, nice!
